Boost Your NADA Treatment with Magnetic Ear Beads

While NADA Ear Acupuncture provides a powerful, immediate balancing of the nervous system during your session, Magnetic Ear Beads (often called Ear Seeds) allow you to take the treatment home with you.

These tiny, gold-plated magnetic spheres are applied to specific acupuncture points in the ear using small, skin-friendly adhesive patches. They provide continuous, gentle stimulation to keep your body in balance between your appointments.

How They Work

The Type 100 magnetic beads work through a combination of acupressure and magnetic field therapy. By placing them on key NADA points, they help:

  • Extend the calm: Maintain the relaxation and focus gained during your NADA session.

  • Manage stress & anxiety: Provide a "reset button" you can use anywhere.

  • Reduce cravings: Support those dealing with addiction, smoking cessation, or sugar cravings.

  • Improve sleep: Gently signal the nervous system to settle down at night.

How to Use Your Ear Beads

To get the most out of your treatment, you play an active role:

Activate

Gently press or massage the beads with your fingertip for about 30 seconds, 3–4 times a day, or whenever you feel a surge of stress or a craving.

Duration

They typically stay on for 3 to 7 days. They will eventually fall off on their own as the adhesive wears down.

Care

You can shower as usual. Just remember to pat dry the area gently afterward—don't rub, as this will loosen the tape.

Safety & Comfort

  • Is it normal to feel a sting? You might feel a brief moment of tenderness or warmth when you press the bead. This is a sign that the point is active and "working."

  • When to remove: If you experience intense itching, persistent pain, or see significant redness under the tape, simply peel them off with your fingernail or tweezers.

  • Allergies: Please inform me if you have a known allergy to gold, nickel, or medical adhesives before application.

Things to be aware of

Tenderness

It is normal for the point to feel slightly tender or warm immediately after placement or pressure. This is a sign that the point is "working."

Irritation:

If the skin under the adhesive becomes very red, itchy, or if a sore develops, remove the bead immediately.

Removal:

You can peel them off yourself using a fingernail or tweezers if they become uncomfortable or have been in place for a week.
